Daegu Metropolitan City - The Daegu Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI), jointly with Daegu Metropolitan City, plans to dispatch a trade mission to Chile and Brazil in South America Nov. 15~24 in order to explore new export markets for regional enterprises.
There are many advantages, including tariff benefit, for advances into Chile owing to the FTA concluded between Korea and that country in 2004. Meanwhile, Brazil is the largest market in South America, ranking fifth in the world in terms of land and population, so the country has a high market exploration potential.
